Spring Breathwork Reset
A One-Day Immersion to Reset, Release and Rejuvenate.
Friday 24th April 2026, Biddenden, Kent
Pause ∙ Breathe ∙ Realign
Spring is a season of emergence. Energy starts to rise, ideas return, and the body begins to shift out of winter’s holding pattern. But if we move too fast, without clearing what we are carrying, that new energy can quickly turn into anxiety, pressure, or burnout.
This one-day breathwork retreat is a chance to pause at the threshold of the year ahead. To clear stagnant energy from winter, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a grounded sense of direction before life speeds up again.
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself, with a steadier base for the months ahead.
