June Solstice Celebration Retreat
A Three-Day Luxury Retreat for Body, Heart, and Soul
19th – 21st June 2026, Biddenden, Kent
Breathe ∙ Dance ∙ Play ∙ Reset
For centuries, the Summer Solstice has been honoured as a powerful turning point, a time to pause, reflect, and acknowledge what is growing in our lives as the year’s light reaches its peak.
In many shamanic traditions, this moment is used for reflection, gratitude, and realignment with nature’s cycles. Gathering in ritual and community has long been a way to mark personal and collective transitions.
In today’s busy world, this pause is often missing. Instead of slowing down, we move faster. The Solstice invites us to do the opposite, to breathe, reconnect with what matters, and reset our direction.
This retreat brings breathwork, movement, ritual, and community together as a modern expression of these ancient practices, supporting you to step into the second half of 2026 with greater clarity, steadiness, and purpose.

What’s Included…
Breathwork Sessions
Multiple guided sessions to help you release built-up stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
Each session is trauma-informed, grounded, and adapted to meet you where you are.
Morning Solstice Ritual
On the morning of the solstice, we gather before sunrise for a shamanic drumming and fire ceremony. Together, we welcome the rising sun in the open fields of the Kent countryside, setting intentions, offering them to the fire, and spending time in quiet reflection. This shared ritual marks the turning point of the year in community, connection with nature, and the element of fire.
Qigong & Gentle Movement
Slow, simple morning practices to calm the mind, support circulation, and restore balance after deeper work. These gentle sessions help you wake up, reconnect with your body, and begin each day feeling steady and present.
Sound Bath
A guided session using gong and crystal bowls, held outdoors when weather permits, to support deep relaxation, realignment, and integration.
Many participants experience this as one of the most restorative parts of the retreat.
Ecstatic Dance
A safe, facilitated space to move freely without choreography or expectation.
This is a chance to let go, enjoy your body in motion, release tension, lift your mood, and reconnect with your natural energy, without any pressure to perform.
Nourishing Group Space
A respectful, grounded group environment where you can feel safe to be yourself.
You are always free to share and join in as much or as little as feels right.
